The EU4Green Recovery East programme, funded by the European Union, is launching a call for Expressions of Interest to support the mapping and analysis of stakeholders active in the Circular Economy ecosystem across Armenia, Moldova, and Ukraine.
Objective
This activity, led by the Environment Agency Austria (EAA) under Component 1 of EU4GRE, seeks to strengthen knowledge of local CE actors and facilitate future engagement by identifying, describing, and categorizing relevant stakeholders. The process will inform efforts to develop inclusive, effective CE policies and promote greener, more resilient economies in the Eastern Partnership region.
Key Tasks
- Identification of Stakeholders across public institutions, private sector actors, civil society, academia, and international partners.
- Assessment and Categorization based on their roles, influence, interests, and linkages in CE value chains.
- Development of an Interactive Online Map to visualize the CE ecosystem and enhance visibility and cooperation.
