Water management in the Eastern Partnership (EaP) countries: recent innovations

This “marketplace”-type online event aims at sharing recent experiences and results achieved by the Eastern Partnership (EaP) countries in modernizing water management policies and practices with support from the European Union and other international partners. Each country will have the opportunity to briefly present their case studies on:

  • the environmental flow,
  • Water Users Association,
  • creation of the State Water Agency of Azerbaijan,
  • wastewater reuse,
  • mapping of the zones vulnerable to nitrate pollution,
  • hydro-biological monitoring,
  • basin committees,
  • inventory of dams at a small river,
  • government-funded monitoring network.

Who is invited: decision makers, scientists and practitioners from the water, environment, agriculture, and hydropower sectors; basin councils and laboratories responsible for the state water monitoring.
